At Zaziano®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your honey jar, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the jar is unopened and in its original condition.

If the seal has been broken or the cap has been opened, we offer a 50% refund of the paid amount, as long as the product is returned within the 7-day period.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order details. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
