It is the Customer Engagement Program (Loyalty) for all Zaziano® shoppers which gives members various benefits.

Zaziano® Rewards is a card-less loyalty program. It offers 10% of the net transaction value as points, for every 1 Dirham you spend. You can earn points on all your purchases from any Zaziano® store. These points can be redeemed instantly at any of our stores.

    HOW DOES THE Zaziano® REWARDS PROGRAM WORK?

    Earning

    You can sign up for the Zaziano® Rewards program at any of our stores. Just give us some details and you instantly become a member. You will earn 2% of the net transaction value as points for every 1 Dirham you spend at Zaziano®.

    Redemption

    • Instant redemption: 1 point is equal to AED1
    • You can redeem points any time at any Zaziano® HONEY store in UAE, you will receive an SMS on your registered phone number with a unique code which you should provide to our friendly staff, and they will redeem your points.
    • You can redeem any value of points from your account balance.
    • Points earned will be reflected the next day in the member’s accounts.

      Note

      Points will automatically be forfeited if not redeemed within 12 months from the date of points earned. Zaziano® is not responsible for expired points as the system automatically deletes unused points balance after 12 months if it’s not used.

      As a Zaziano® Rewards member, you will also receive invitations to special events, promotions and launches. You will receive all the latest news and updates about new products from Zaziano®.
